It's Dues Time Again!

YOUR 2011 DUES ARE PAYABLE September 17, 2010.   If not paid by October 8, 2010, you will be assessed a $50.00 LATE FEE.

Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and used for political purposes.  Contributions are not tax deductible for income tax purposes.  The amount indicated is only a suggestion and you may give more or less or refuse to contribute without affecting your membership rights.  The portion of your NAR, GAR and local dues used for lobbying is NOT DEDUCTIBLE FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSES.  GAR estimates that $17.31 (23%) is the nondeductible portion of 2011 GAR dues.  NAR has estimated the nondeductible portion of its 2011 dues to be $21 (26%).  The entire $35.00 portion of dues related to NAR's public awareness campaign qualifies as deductible dues.  The local Association does not use money for lobbying.

By payment of dues for 2011 by the member, and acceptance of said payment by the Middle Georgia Association of REALTORSâ, the member reaffirms the member’s obligation and agreement to abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORSâ, as may be amended from time to time, including but not limited to Ethics and Arbitration Procedures, as well as the Constitution and Bylaws of said Association.

Checks should be made payable to: MGAR.  DO NOT MAKE YOUR CHECK PAYABLE TO YOUR COMPANY.
